Our consultants demonstrate their knowledge, expertise and capability in executive search while supporting you throughout the five stages of the search process:

  1. Initial briefing: aims to clarify the position and candidate specifics. Broadly, details discussed will include: the company; the employee value proposition; company values and the accountabilities and anticipated challenges of the role. The key competencies form the agreed basis of all measures against each potential candidate throughout the search process.
  2. Market Mapping to produce “Long list”:  identified list of organisations and individuals which  relevant to the search. Prior to contacting individuals, it is imperative to be clear where pre-existing issues may exist, such as business/personal conflicts of interest. We conduct and develop a full market map of identified potential candidates which is provided for  thorough discussion prior to selection for interviews.
  3. Approaches to the market: Confidential screening discussions are conducted on your behalf, we develop full scale competency based interviews in order to identify candidates best suited to progress to short list and are available to assist directly with your interviews if required..
  4. Assessment: Short-listed candidates identified from interview are progressed through to final assessments. References are conducted as competency based behavioural interviews based on results from other assessments within the process. this aims to determine accurate examples of appropriately demonstrated behaviours fit for the role. Academic qualifications are checked for accuracy. Potential psychometric assessments and criminal checks can be arranged directly on behalf of our clients.
  5. Selection to onboard: Final decision and offer negotiations are professionally supported to ensure smooth and satisfactory transition to employment. Onboard coaching is offered for the first 100 days to support the successful candidate settle into the role and expectations and to ensure flight risk is minimised.
