Empowering Women to Leadership

In particular, we have developed a series of flexible programs supporting talented women in the workplace. The programs are dependent on the particular circumstances, such as: executive leaders potentially returning to the workforce from extended leave; talented senior managers identified with future Board capability and aspirations; successful professionals stepping up into management and added staffing responsibilities.  These executives often require additional support to ensure a short circuit to the success of their professional goals and aspirations.

Our programs aim to identify strengths, recognise, enhance and utilise the leaders’ confidence and excellence as a professional and expand their knowledge and appreciation of transformational leadership skills.   Confirming the gaps in current performance against those of the transformational leader provide the fundamentals of the individual coaching program. We support their transition into the space of managing and encouraging their team’s performance and coaching for potential innovation where appropriate.  Expanding their support networks and providing specific information to assist with their particular goal in the program.
