Case Study: Customer Service Manager recruited in 5 days

Advertising across SEEK and other online job boards was posted on Thursday night and produced approximately 45 applicants by the Monday.

Their resumes were reviewed, 10 phone interviews, then 6 online video interviews were completed and reviewed by Wednesday morning.

The video interviews were enabled for review by the client Wednesday afternoon, and they interviewed one candidate face to face on Thursday.

He met with a number of the senior management team and was offered the job at the time.

SD Talent conducted reference checks and he started the following Monday.
